Michelle L. Tessier
Ms. Tessier is an associate at Kenney & Sams. She focuses her practice in business litigation, employment discrimination litigation, construction law, and insurance law. Her prior experience includes work as litigation counsel for an international insurance carrier, and work as a Legal Specialist in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG). She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Suffolk University School of Law, where she was awarded "best brief" in the Legal Practice Writing Skills Competition. Ms. Tessier has also received acknowledgements for her legal research work in the Aviators' Model Code of Conduct as well as the E-Business Legal Handbook. |
