Eric B. Goldberg
Mr. Goldberg is an associate at Kenney & Sams. He focuses his practice in general civil litigation and has experience in business litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, land use and zoning disputes, and litigation involving real estate. Mr. Goldberg also advises clients on issues relating to protection of intellectual property, including trademark and copyright registration and enforcement. Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Goldberg received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1993. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. from Brandeis University, with honors, in 1988 where he majored in Computer Science. |
