
Daniel C. Hohler
Mr. Hohler is an associate at Kenney & Sams. He focuses his practice in general civil litigation and has experience in Construction, Business and Securities litigation. Prior to joining Kenney & Sams as Of Counsel, Mr. Hohler established his own general practice in September 2004. Mr. Hohler was an associate at the Boston boutique firm Gelb & Gelb LLP (September 2000 - August 2004) where he concentrated his practice in business litigation and securities arbitration. Before that, Mr. Hohler was an associate at Gadsby Hannah LLP's Boston office (now combined with McCarter & English) in its construction and litigation departments (April 1997 through August 2000). Mr. Hohler is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Hohler has lectured and taught in the area of construction law, has co-published in MCLE, and co-authored and authored articles on various topics in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Boston Law Tribune and Securities Arbitration Commentator. Mr. Hohler received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1996. where he was awarded an American Jurisprudence Award in Property, was a member of the Moot Court Board and was an author and the inaugural editor-in-chief of the Suffolk Journal of Trial And Appellate Advocacy. Mr. Hohler received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, cum laude, in 1993 with a double major of Legal Studies and Psychology. He was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in 1993. |
