Our construction experience includes negotiating and drafting construction and design professional contracts for commercial, residential, retail and multiple-use structures. We advise our clients both before and during their projects on how to best manage their risks. To maintain our knowledge of the construction industry, we are actively involved in numerous industry organizations, including serving on the boards governing several of them.

When necessary, we litigate disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants, including claims for breach of contract, defective work, changes in the work, termination, delay, and mechanic's liens. We also regularly handle claims under performance and payment bonds.
