Christopher A. Kenney is a founding member and managing shareholder of Kenney & Sams, P.C. Attorney Kenney has successfully tried cases before every level of the state and federal trial court system in Massachusetts, and has also served as an appellate advocate before the Massachusetts Appellate Division, Massachusetts Appeals Court, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He serves as New England regional trial counsel for several major corporations.

The Martindale Hubbell National Law Directory has awarded Attorney Kenney an AV Rating, the highest rating for legal ability and professional ethics. The Massachusetts Attorney General appointed Attorney Kenney to serve as a Special Assistant Attorney General (from 1999 to 2005) to represent the Commonwealth in litigation matters involving construction defect claims, constitutional law, and eminent domain matters.

The Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association has named Attorney Kenney the “Massachusetts Defense Lawyer of the Year” for 2012. Boston Magazine ranked Attorney Kenney as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Massachusetts. In a peer-reviewed survey Attorney Kenney was named a "Super Lawyer" in the areas of business litigation and civil litigation defense. This designation is limited to the top 5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth. Attorney Kenney was also selected for inclusion in the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.

In addition to his litigation practice, Attorney Kenney advises clients and various industries on risk management issues, and counsels public officials and political candidates on election law and public policy matters. He served on the adjunct faculty at Boston University School of Law, and frequently writes and lectures for business groups, trade associations, and bar associations.
